When you take another booking, Resabl checks whether the whole park still works - rig length, hookups, and sites already spoken for. If you let guests pick a site on the map, they only see choices that still leave you a solvable chart. Proposed assignments show up on the site grid before you lock them in, so you are not untangling overlaps the night before they arrive.

Same System, Different Kind of Stay

Weekends and short visits book the way this page describes. When someone is going to live on the site, the same reservation system runs a lease instead - review, signatures, monthly rent on a running folio - but it is still the same site map, the same guest record, and the same chart you work from every day.
